WOW!!! I had what probably seemed like an unusual job for William and his team. Our only option for decent internet where we're building is Starlink. We tried roof-mounting it but the surrounding trees were just too tall. I decided to see if I could find a local arborist willing to scurry up a tree and mount our dish up there. William met me onsite, we talked about a game plan and set up a date.I'm not sure what I was expecting when his guys showed up. I guess a guy with a chainsaw strapped to his waist just slogging up the tree. Well, that's nothing like what these guys did. The best word I can think of to describe how they worked is "precise". Every single step was so well-coordinated and intentional. And weirdly I never once thought "omg that looks so incredibly dangerous". They were in complete and total control the whole time. They cleared an attachment point and got my pole-mounted dish mounted exactly like I had hoped (and dramatically improved my Starlink service!).I could go on and on. I'll just say these guys just set a new standard of professional excellence for me that I'm pretty sure all contractors I hire in the future will probably fall short of. For however long Grizzlybear Arborcare will be in business, they'll be our arborists.

Communication with William was great. The workers were conscientious, courteous and efficient.

William and the crew at Grizzlybear are just the best. I had a ~30 foot oak cut, logged, and ground at a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent, and William offered advice on replacement and best planting practices. I will 100% be calling them again in the future!

The staff was very polite and professional. They were able to make some view cuts in the trees behind our house to open up some fantastic long range views. They had extensive knowledge about tree viability and did not endanger the trees.
